Remove the black gunk now with organic herbs and clay.

I've not had any bloodwork done myself with regards to the fast. I am trying to be as scientific as I can about it and collecting certain datapoints. Right now I'm capturing weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, ketones, and urine acidity.
