yeah I do the warm water a lot, it helps with the chills too. I've only had mild hunger today, and normally a sip or two of water is enough to sate it. I've read that sometimes we misinterpret thirst for hunger... Either way I'm hanging in there. Feeling positive and mostly energetic. In this state, I can see how you might fast for a long-haul. I guess I just needed to be patient and wait.
