Lost! Please help!

Hi! I'm posting this, hoping to get help.
I have pinworms and susspect liver flukes (as my liver actually hurts and itches all the time-literally non-stop!) I have the same thing in my heart area.
I'm almost done with my Humaworm and have previously done one of those Wallnut tintures and Mebendazole(repeatedly). I use the zapper regularly and eat no sugar or refined products. I drink combucha and Diatomacious Earth and clean the house and sheets and pejamas daily!
My problem is that my diet has always been Daily: loads of garlic (morning, afternoon and night- I'm Russian, so love this stuff!), pineapple, fresh juice, at least 5 fresh fruits, salad, brown rice and pasta, wholemeal pitta bread, pulses and beans and loads of steam veggies. I often eat currys, which I make myself using a lot of turmeric and put cayene pepper on everything!
Now I don't know what else to do, because it seams that I have been doing everything I'm supposed to, so am at a loss...
Please help! Any advice would be welcome and appreciated.
