Re: Anyone tried Traditional Chinese Medicine?

I'm a real fan of TCM. It was such a relief to find medicine that made me feel better and did not give die-off. Everything about Chinese medicine makes sense. The "tonics" are great. I have been taking Bu zhong yi qi wan since last year and had no Depression in the winter. I take the tiny pills, much easier than herbal brews and I buy it on line now. However, you need to find a practitioner who will give you a good personal assessment. I found a good one who had trained in western medicine as well but I am looking round for a second opinion now as I still haven't managed to cure my constipation.

I recently had a huge set back healthwise by drinking kefir whereas a combination of parasite cleanses and Oxypowder and TCM had improved my health a lot.
