L-ornithine very rarely dowses and even just as rarely works. I get really bad carb and Sugar cravings which get worse when I eat anything sweet (and I know the malt is delicious). I use the aspartates, B2, benfotiamine, and pantethine.

I noticed that most here seem to have less of a problem with the carb cravings than I do. My organic acids and stool tests keep telling me I don't have any fungus or yeast, but it sure doesn't feel like it.
