I usually don't post to online forums but since nobody else has said it I feel I need to - IV Ampho B is FAR SUPERIOR to Vfend or any azole drug (best formulation is Ambisome). If you can get that in combo with an echinocandin, that would be your best chance of improvement.

Also, you and anyone else who has chronic fungal infection for more than one year should be worked up for primary immune deficiency.

I'm 41/m & been fighting this since 1997 and have been on every antifungal approved FDA so this comes from personal experience.
