The nausea sucks...ughh...I will keep going. The thought of eating makes me feel even worse, so no danger of me ending the fast anyway. ha. The only thing that makes me feel better is to know my body is kicking something out and doing some really DEEP cleansing right now. That's pretty exciting...but yes the nausea that goes along with it is not fun at all. Tweet
