Day 20!

My nausea returned last night at 3am, woke me up. Just resting today on Day 20. I tried to do some work in my office, but my body rebelled, felt weak, so I just laid down for a couple of hours. Still feel slightly nauseated. I really hope it subsides by tomorrow as I really want to break this fast on Wednesday. If it doesn't subside, I will just keep rolling along with fasting until my energy returns.

I think I overexerted myself yesterday and it's the reason my detox is accelerated. The last bout of nausea which lasted for four days was preceeded by me running around for 2 days straight, not pacing myself.

Nonetheless, I'm happy that I've come this far.

I guess I didn't attach the file correctly! Anyway, I figure he's a RockStarEnergyHealer too and water fasted so what the heck I just let it be. Gotta love it.]
