i was like you --- read the forum for a loooong time before attemping a flush. I've only done 3 so far - so i'm by no means an expert. but yes, do expect diarrhea the next morning (some even get it the same night as the flush).

as for using juice w/ the epsoms.... i use grapefruit & don't even taste the salts. i am going to try just water on my next one just to see if it improves the results. i don't think there is an advantage w/ either juice tho.

i think a colema before hand would not hurt at all - would kind of get things cleared out before the flush. afterwards is def. recommended - as you want to help the intestines purge the toxins before they are reabsorbed.

i'm sure one of the veterans will weigh in on this too - i just wanted to wish you luck.
