I'm a 62 year old male who recently learned my bone density is marginal. Despite regular exercise and a good bone support mineral tab I've continued to lose mass slowly, & let my MD talk me into Fosomax. Actually the reviews look good and it does seem to help. What I don't like is suppressing the natural activity of the osteoclasts (cleaning out bone) & the critique that Fosomax built bones are of lower quality sounds correct. I'm hoping my supplement and exercise will build my bones better, and I'm cutting down of coffee and protein.
I'm asking for others' knowledge of Fosomax and and alterntives.
