Thanks for your info. However, taking chamo tea for a week or so as a substitute for ACV, apple cider, etc. prior to a flush is not long-term.
I would consider the ingestion of an entire quart of apple cider for 3-6 days to be possibly unbalancing to one's health even if one is not diabetic or hypoglycemic. This is the equivalent of what, maybe, 10 apples?
It's an issue of seeing the difference between chronic heavy consumption and temporary short-term consumption.
Seeing as we are on the subject of herbal teas, I wonder if our bodies were ever intended to receive any kind of herb long-term. I heard some herbalist say that you should stop after 9 months!
