same thing happened to me. I then read that you should wrap it in guaze, tie each end with dental floss, then you can pull it out just like a tampon. Oh yeah, dip it in olive oil for easier insertion. It takes longer to prepare, but that's what I did after this happenend. I ended up going to the gyno/nurse/practitioner to get it out. Tweet
