I'm sorry for your suffering, but if I'm reading this correctly, I doubt very seriously that the blood had anything to do with it. If the skin wasn't broken and, hopefully, the saliva you used didn't come from putting your finger in your mouth and you washed your finger thoroughly before coming in contact with any of your own mucous membranes, then the blood should not have had any effect on you. If I was in your position, I would be seeking out a good chiropractor to see if I had a vertebrae out of place. This would explain all of the symptoms you are describing. I hope you will find relief from this condition soon. Sometimes our fears can be much worse than the actual situation.
