Your advice please

Hi everyone

I'm planning on doing my first flush on 4/6;

I am 25 and I believe I suffer from systemic candida; I also had my Amalgams replaced about a month ago and lately I been feeling very fatigued;
2 days ago I became sick with cold like symptoms, which are still with me today.

I still would like to do the flush, but Im wondering if it will be affected by me being sick.
I been taking some apple cider vinegar for the past 2 days and will be taking malic acid in preparation for the big day

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated
