Have you checked into doing some natural chelation, like eating cilantro, since having your
Amalgams removed? It sounds like you might be going through detox.
Liver flushing, although easy to do, is very taxing on your internal systems. As it's just been a month since having the mercury removed from your mouth, you may want to check into blood and kidney cleansing for a few weeks or so before doing a liver flush. Many of the herbs used to naturally detox the blood also strengthen and support the liver and or kidneys as well.
In addition to cilantro, which is wonderful for pulling mercury out, the following are very good at cleansing the blood and toning the liver:
Red Clover (blood purifier)
Chlorella (mercury chelation and *removal*)
Garlic (overall health wonder)
Burdock (liver and kindey aid)
Pau D Arco (lymphs and yeast imbalances)
Echinecea (lymph and immune system tonic)
Ginseng (very supportive)
Goldenseal Root (liver tonic, helps bile flow)
Cayenne Pepper (another all wonder)
Kelp (binds heavy metals)
Dulse (like cilantro and kelp)
Hawthorn (natural vitamin C)
Rose Hips (natural vitamin C)
Sarsaparilla (blood purifier)
Corn Silk (increases urine flow, helps kidneys)
Parsley (kidney aid)
Herbs like cilantro, garlic, cayenne pepper, and parsley can easily be included in your diet in salads, or salsa / pesto sauce/dips (great with celery!) and cooking. The others can be made into herbal teas or you may be able to find herbal teas already containing them. (Oh, be aware that the detox of mercury can make any
parasite or candida issues worse before getting better, but it is Very Well worth it! Because of that, though, you might also want to check into doing a
parasite cleanse over the next few weeks, too.)
You *could* do a
Liver Flush as long as you don't feel actually ill, but since it's been such a short time since having the mercury removed (and some invariably will be reabsorbed into your body during the process) I would suggest going a little slower and trying to cleanse your blood and kidneys first. Listen to your body. =)
Also, very important to increase your daily water to 1/2 your body weight in
ounces of water. (A 150 pound person should drink 75
ounces of water daily.)
You're on the right track with wanting to
Liver Flush soon. Once you've supported and cleansed your blood and kidneys for a few weeks to a month, definitely do a series of
Liver Flushes to get the fat soluble toxins out. Oh, and keep cleansing your blood after these few weeks, too. Mercury can take a long time to finally exit.
