I do not have access at this time for organic milk or cream, so I take 3 liters of goat's milk and I add 500ml of thick cream 35% (this one from the cow industry). I can tell results are dilicious. I went from making 2 liters yogourt to almost 4 because it tastes great and the texture is of heavy whip. Tonight will serve it as a sauce on my blueberry pie (of course homemade!) This summer, on top of Gaspachos...omg
