I don't really know because the protocol I follow says to clean out before and after Epsom Salt flushes so I conclude there must be a need for both. The Epsom Salt flushes work quicker in my experience anyway so I don't think you can replace the post flush morning Epsom Salt drinks with colosan, which take longer to work. That's my thinking anyway.
