10-50 grams of carbs will stop ketosis, depending on a number of factors. Btw, if eat very little, but still enough to stop ketosis, you'll get the worst of both worlds - no ketones from fat for fuel for the next dozen or two hours, yet not enough food intake to offset that. Thus, zero energy will literally turn into negative energy...
A steak, unbreaded chicken, or fish will not break ketosis. However, it won't really be a fast anymore... If you're doing it for weight loss, that could work, but it will nullify the cleansing effects.
Also, any noticeable amount of calories will reset your inner fasting timer. You'll have to suffer through the first 48 hours of horrid hunger again, as if you just started, and it will continue to reset after every single meal you have.
