could I have done damage

Please could you ansawer a question for me I have being doing the Dr Clark Liver Flushing for six months every two weeks, after the 12 Liver Flushing I decided to do the 13 a week later, I got alot of stones out so as it works the same as waiting two weeks to do it I decided to do it once a week until I got to 15 so I did four Liver Flush in a month two days after doing the 15 I started getting pain in the stomach and then diarrhoea I stop the flushing for a month but I still have it so my question is could I have done damage to myself by doing four Liver Flush in a month, thank you for taking the time to read this letter yours Jerh.
