Re: truly sinister plan to push vit d...

the first part of the hypothesis seems much better supported than the second, which appears to consist almost entirely of speculation. For myself, its a non-issue. I caught my l-form bacteria/vit d toxicity issue thanks to Newport's tip and my doctor's open mind to test it out. None of the studies go the extra step of trying to understand the relationship between percieved vitamin d deficiency and underlying conditions. Instead is it almost always assumed that insufficient sunlight or poor diet is the "cause" of perceived vitamin d deficiency. In my mind, the low blood levels are just another symptom of other deeper issues. throwing vit d just masks the symptoms of the problem. at a holistic site like curezone I would like to believe that people would be looking for ways to truly resolve underlying issues, rather then just cover up symptoms with supplementation. I am fairly sure that is your view. a vit d for whatever ails you is no different than the drug based symptom control methods used my mainstream medicine. just swap out the steriod/vit for drugs. same mentality. same ignorance of true health.
