Congrats! Like Jhan said, that is mucoid plaque. Feces that have been building up in your intestines. They look like rope because they have been smashed against the intestinal walls, and have taken on the shape of the intestines themselves. It is excellent that you are getting rid of this. If you look up mucoid plaque, I'll bet you see a pic of what you see in your toilet bowl. Tweet
