Plain standard with bowel cleanse. The Master Cleanse (Curezone's favorite which contain maple syrup and therefore is a No No for us) usaully causes the same. On the Bowel Cleanse Forum they even gave it a name: Mucoid plaque.

If you look at the top of the page here at Curezone and click on the Picture Gallery , you could do a search and have a look at different intestinal parasites and you are most likely to recognize some of the floating objects you have seen.

If you see some tiny white threads coming out of the poo, that is candida.

I have never talked so much about poo before in my life. Actually paying attention to it is important. THe darker the better:

Tan: poor liver function
Green: presence of bile
Dark brown: healthy liver and bowels
Undigested food: poor digestion
Loose stool: poor digestion or presence of yeast and bacteria

a firm and long, long stool that floats a bit then sinks to the bottom is the healthiest.
