I think a 10 day fast is not quite enough to really deal with some seriously debilitating health issues.
A 10 day fast is considered the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM!
I've NEVER done anything less than 23 days and from my profound experience (previously cooked food, alcohol drinking, smoking carnivore) it is a total reset for your mind body and soul.
Give your organism a chance - give it a rest and let it work for as long as you can.
If that's only 10 days, great! But if you can do longer, so much the better.
We are way stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Delayed gratification is not practiced enough in our fast food world and there is a dear price to bay for such behaviour.
