I definitely think that exercise is very important, outside exercise in particular. I don't jog, but I do play golf, and always walk the course. It gets me outside in amongst nature, and this is more important than that actual walking 7km is :)
I've heard a lot of differing accounts with tyrosine, tmg, and other supplements. We are all so different that I think its really important to read whatever you can before taking any supplement. Tyrosine and TMG worked for me, same with Zinc, they obviously don't work for everyone.
I tend to think that we all have combinations of things that work for us, because we all have our own deficiencies and needs. It would be good to hear what works for different people.
