Stop trying to build your own stuff, it clearly isn't working and I doubt it meets the Beck requirements.
The magnetic pulser works wonders on Psoriasis and anything without much blood flow.

If all that fails, go buy a nature kleen ozonizer and make ozonized sun flower oil, also known as Oleozon. It is literally like hydrogen peroxide gel.
