Penis infection and psoriasis

I have problems with mine penis from 2 years
The main problem is psoriasis/eczema on my penis and recently i cought a sort of infection of foreskin due to lot of friction during one day.
My foreskin has cracked and probably those cracks was a open gate to bacterias and fungi, (there was little bit of chocolate spread like "nutella" involved - a possible food for fungus.

I dont wanna go to doctor/hospital, i live in belfast and health service is on low level. besides i had an argue in emergency clinic - i have been suspected to have swine flu and i refused to wear a mask, and telling that is a big fraud.

Please help me with my problem
my fore skin is swollen, it stings while urinating or applying 50% apple cider vinegar. So I urinate through a rubber tube - avoiding skin having contact with urine.

My current medication :

- soaking penis in Colloidal Silver ,
- drinking Colloidal Silver done in primitive way : with
ac/dc transformer 9V (from a network router) turnet on for 15 min. - please share your opinion about this method
- and I try to do electofication of my penis with minimal current with self builded device - as presented on youtube video. i just done it once so its to yearly to see any effects. I do it simply by holding electrodes in various places on my penis. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT IT.

Please if you have any ideas, suggestions - tell me everything

it looks better than on those pictures, the craters on fore skin starts to heal, i need sunlight to make clear enough pictures so ill upload fresh ones for about 8 hours.
