You see things from a different angle - just what I was looking for!
I have been trying to find TMG but it is proving difficult to find a reasonably priced source in NZ - may have to look into buying it from overseas. I also think I should take it - will ask on another occasion.

I was not keen at all to stay in hospital but if I had gone home and her jaundice had worsened she would have been admitted to the Paediatric department instead of staying in Maternity - so it seemed the best option. She still breastfed but I just supplemented with expressed milk. I found your comment about breastfeeding and flora from skin very interesting.
