There is the "unspoken pressure to comply" whenever
vaccinations come up.
My sister sounded horrified that I would not be getting the H1N1 shot because I will be spreading it. That just doesn't ring true though, because only about 40% of people got the H1N1 vaccine, so it wasn't like there was enough coverage to stop it...
.... IF it were actually a threat. As it turned out, H1N1 was NOT much of a threat. That was the 5th false warning in a row. I don't believe we are threatened by viruses at the moment, not until a truly dangerous one comes along.
So I think the
vaccination people have lost the argument.
And I think members of the human race can fight off most viruses, so we should be using less and less vaccines, not more. We get better immunity from each one we fight off naturally, and on top of that our general immune system gets stronger. If we lose 1% of us to these illnesses, that is better than losing 5% of us to the effects of vaccines.
