Re: Stainless steel and/or silver
=> But research is suggesting to get away from the copper hand helds and go with stainless steel
I’m a curious person. Where did you had these research/results/feelings?
Dr
Hulda Clark recommended the “copper tubes wrapped in papertowels with slight salt solution to improve the conductivity” for good reasons.
From the four metals you named, copper is the less dangerous metal.
= If you are badly polluted by heavy metals, even copper can give you wrong reactions.
= What about “nickel plated” rods? Heavy metal : dangerous poison.
= What about pure silver? Considered by many (including
Hulda Clark ) as dangerous as mercury on teeth.
Colloidal Silver is a very different compound: one of the best antiseptic you can use.
= What about stainless steel? It is made out of
Iron : around 72%; Chromium : 16-18%; Nickel : 8-10%; Manganese : 2%
On tools used outside: not bad
On kitchen knives or table forks, spoons,… Juicy acid foods will make easier to metal ions to be ingested with the food. Could be harmful on the long run.
In a zapper, using a direct current (as electroplating does) using ANY kind of metal in direct contact with the skin will make a migration of positive ions from the positive electrode into your body. Chromium and nickel are very bad for health.
To resume, I think that an occasional use, on an emergency, of bare metal on the skin could, most of the time be tolerated.
But continuous use of it, for a convenience reason looks to me as a very bad idea.
That’s why I did some trials with prototype zappers using copper disks “a la Don Croft”, but never put them on the market.
Using a pure copper tube wrapped with a wet papertowel is still one of the best, safest, reusable electrodes I know for a zapper and the current involved.
