HI how do I find out which supps are right for me?? I'm a fast oxidiser protein type and I have to say I can't believe the difference in only a few days this diet has made to my digestion. I had IBS and other probs I reckon I must have mineral imbalances from years of eating too much grain and vege and fruit...I thought I was eating healthy! how can i find info on supps for me??
