You're learning...that's wonderful...and you seem to be quite 'in tune' with your body and what it needs.

I know what I've stated before. I know that, I too, was too low on salt.

I have also learned, the hard way, that one CAN take too much salt. For the first time in my life, I had to cut down on it just this past week.

So, I'm glad to hear you're going with your gut, your head, and your heart.
