i have been following the candida diet per the suggestion of my natural doctor for a month now. this week, she said that i am no longer testing for Candida overgrowth and I can begin to incorporate foods that were previously "illegal" i.e. fruit, grains, coffee, etc...
i have been continuing in my diet, adding in only small amounts of fresh fruit or fresh juice with a meal. however, i was over eager last night and consumed a somewhat-sugary food and am now feeling regretful.
i feel sluggish today and have had an upset stomach since i awoke. i also have a constant bad taste in my mouth.
is this indigestion??
also, i was wondering if there is something i can take (natural and homeopathic preferred, but open to suggestion) or something i can eat to remedy my Sugar hangover....
