Re: Kidney Cleanse when you have no kitchen
You could buy a few jugs of cranberry juice and juice fast or mostly drink and eat little. If you're drinking a ton of juice, there's no room for much food anyway (this will not likely help you lose weight b/c quantity of fruit sugar).
I did this to help continue to flush my system after my last super nasty UTI. I got several jugs of cranberry juice which don't need to be refrigerated (actually I prefer warm). Every hour or two I'd chug a big glass. This helps flush the urinary tract. Drink tons of water as well. Also, excellent for urinary tract is Echinacea Tea. Lastly, anything that helps your ph is good if there are other teas or green drings like Miracle Greens which I take to improve ph. Around that time when I did want to eat something, I bought a bunch of greens I can snack on (also good for ph), mainly
Sugar snap peas and green beans and carrots and broccoli that I dipped into hummus.
Sugar snap peas I can eat plain. If you buy carrots and
Sugar snap peas, and eating them within a few days, they will stay good in a cool room for that long (carrots I'm sure of; I think peas as well...)
Hope this helps!
