Do not, I repeat, PLEASE, Do NOT plan to get pregnant without him knowing.
That is shady and manipulative and you will end up raising that child alone and nobody will have any sympathy for you.

He uses withdrawal because he doesn't like to wear condoms. Does he know that you are not on birth control? What if he thinks you are on birth control and withdraws as a DOUBLE preventative measure? Just because he doesn't wear a condom doesn't mean he wants a child. Why do you think so many adoptions, abortions, and single mothers happen?
Trust me, you will save yourself a lot of pain and anguish and disappointment if you are honest about it.

Tell your partner, when he agrees, he will not withdraw and you will have a healthy, honest conscience.
