I remember hearing Tim Turner say that there MAY be a new bill coming out 3rd week of April.

Getting back to that SPLC list of homegrown terrorists:

I suppose one could take the Guardians not being on the hit-list in couple-three ways, as there has got to be a reason why SPLC left these guys alone.

1) It may be that the SPLC was blindsided by the event and didn't see it coming. And, since the story did not break until March 28-29, it didn't make the April publishing date.

2) maybe they're on the same side of the fence? (I'd say highly unlikely, imo.)

Or, 3) It could be very well be that the SPLC knows, like you said in your previous post, that this group does have some sharp teeth and Southern Poverty Law Center really doesn't want to be messing with these guys. So they are just leaving these tough old geezers alone for the moment.
Otherwise, they may end up on a sh*t list of sorts for themselves (as, vast numbers of judges, prosecutors, bankers and mortgage companies have supposedly come to find out.)

I got a feeling that these guardian individuals have a rapidly rising reputation amongst those that practice in the field of law. Studying the seminars given by Mr Turner (as well as Mr Shrout), I would not hesitate to guess that it would be the latter of the three possibilities. Tweet
