They have to come out to reproduce. Usually this is at night. If you can stop that cycle, stop the reproduction, they will die off - assuming all possible contaminants - like clothing, bed clothing, etc. etc. have been sterilized & there is no more contact with the original source of infection.
What helped me in case it can help you. If Noxema doesn't work for you, maybe Neosporin? By the way, if you don't actually see the little white wiggly things, then I would assume it is something else.
