Pin worms in my urethra

These things are crawling out of my urethra. Because I'm allergic to them, they are causing the whole area to be inflamed, swollen, sore and extremely itchy.

I'm taking lots of anti-histamines, aspirin and ibuprofen to try to cut down my reaction to them.

The other areas they are in, butt and vag, are a nuisance, but when they come out my urethra it is excruciating. They often wait until I am almost asleep. It wakes me up with a shock and then it's impossible to sleep with these things crawling all over and thru me. I haven't been able to sleep for the last few nights.

Does anyone know of anything I can take that will at least drive them out of my urinary tract? There must be something I can drink that they will hate.

I've already tried an awful lot of things to try to get rid of them but NOTHING has worked so far.

Any suggestions?
