You can do both at the same time. When I finished Humaworm, I started the in-between herbs (with breakfast and dinner), did a liver cleanse 2 weeks after Humaworm, and then took the lung, kidney, liver, kidney and liver cleanses (in that order, did 2 rounds of both kidney and liver cleanses) during the 90-day wait. You can cleanse more in-depth that way while waiting for your next round of Humaworn.
