Which is better to do after Humaworm...

I am 17 days into my Humaworm cleanse and I am very impressed so far. THANKS HUMAWORM! I would like to know which is the best detox regimen between the 90 days until my next Humaworm cleanse? What is the benefit in doing the In-Between Herbs verses doing each organ separately? Could someone let me know from their experience?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,606,854You can do both at the same time. When I finished Humaworm, I started the in-between herbs (with breakfast and dinner), did a liver cleanse 2 weeks after Humaworm, and then took the lung, kidney, liver, kidney and liver cleanses (in that order, did 2 rounds of both kidney and liver cleanses) during the 90-day wait. You can cleanse more in-depth that way while waiting for your next round of Humaworn.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,608,662It's a great product however I don't want to do both of them at the same time. I would prefer to do one at a time so I guess I'll start with the kidney cleanser.
