Re: I Am Keeping A Pictorial Record..

Hi ladylove,

just a quick note from my side....my second bath was not as frothy and brownish as the first one. I kind of was bummed, I wanted to see lots of froth, black stuff in there. LOL

I brought the foot bath home and did it last night. I slept pretty good although after 3 hours I had to get up to do some work so I was tired today. I usually sleep 5-6 hours every night, no more, but the 3 hours was not enough. The difference though was that I did not feel heavy and achy in the morning even after only 3 hours of shut eye.

Now it is 2:28am so I have been up 24 hours. Although the water did not turn dark brown, I am sure it did something. I think the electrical current, I guess that is not what we should call it, is acting like mini acupuncture or acupressure releasing all these energy. I used to go to acupuncturist years ago and I remember how it would made me feel. As if things were circulating….

I thought it was interesting that you also mentioned the flexibility, again this is what the acupuncture would do for me and that is how I cured my herniated discs in my neck. I was so tense from inflammation and pain that my whole back was bent and I could not breath. It released all the muscle tensions in my back and finally allowed my discs to go back into place. That is how this ionic foot bath makes me feel….Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I am going to continue it....

take care and stay well
Sami
