Don't forge to take minerals with your drinking water after the footbath to remineralize. I wouldn't worry abt the hand bath, I'm not sure it worked for me very well. Good work! Keep us posted. It took me abt 14 baths, one a day for two weeks for the bathto run pretty much clear. How much black gunk/coal-like pebbles were in the bottom? can you document the decreasing amt per bath. Also was there any health problem you specifically wanted to address, or just general detox? :) -Gmup. Tweet
