Re: When do the stones emerge?

Go to the bathroom when ever you need to. It will not change any thing as far as the stones coming out. Some times stones do not come out until the afternoon of the day after you drank the oil at night. Like if you drank it Sunday night, stones can come out Monday afternoon. Some times they do come out early in the morning too. Just depends on what your bowel transit times are. Some people are still passing stones a couple days later. That is why colonics are recommended, if you can do that. If you cannot do that, an enema will help.

Make sure to drink plenty of water on the days before you do a liver flush.

Some times when I do the Liver Flush I do not see any stones until late after noon.

What flush did you do ? There are many.

Did you use Epsom Salts ?
