When do the stones emerge?

I did the Liver Flush last night according to the book, but have not yet seen any stones.
The only thing that *may* have made it not work is that at about 1am i woke up and really needed the toilet, so i went - could this possibly have stopped any stones/chaff/whatever from leaving the liver?

What time to the stones come out? Or are they supposed to have emerged in the first morning bm (if u can call it that!)?
