Adrenal Fatigue, orgasm, very unusal Question

I'm a male 25.

I have a problem that I have never read of before or ever know anyone with the same problem.

I developed adrenal problems through stress and a mixture of supplements which caused a "crash" my hormones ent everywhere, I got all jumpy and a lot of bad side effects.

One day I found that after I had sex and/or masterbated I got a extreme tightness in the throat and "ducts" in my breast felt full.

It almost seem that whenever these symptoms start to get better, post/after orgasm it all gets worse again, drains all the energy and tightness and full breast feeling gets extreme, takes days to recover.

its such an odd situation, I have searched high and low for answers, but I'm certain I'm the only one.

I have had this tighness in the throat for years and can;t get ride of it, no supplements or homeopathic products for stress or adrenal support or thyroid have helped. Most blood tests show my thyroid perfect, but a few minor adrenal problems. homeopathic test have show a weakness in the adrenals ACTH, Adrenaline and sometimes thyroid issues.
