No loose bowels in the morning?

I did my first flush last night and after a rough night woke up this morning to find I was constipated! I'm not about to dissect it and I totally forgot to even look at it to see if maybe I could see stones till it was to late. I've been up a few hours and still feel seriously plugged. Why did I not get the lose bowels and when will I feel better? I'm rarely constipated so I was pretty surprised, especially after all that oil!

oh, I only have 1 stone that shows up on ultrasound and its 2mm but its causing a lot of grief!
