EDITED Is this an NWO/OBamite conspiracy to let Interpol invade and have "The Council" take over?

Obama seemed to waste no time signing Executive Orders when he took office, but two of the last three were the most damaging to the 'law of the land'. In the wiki link, scroll to the bottom and you'll see how he is making provisions for an international police presence on American soil using INTERPOL. Then look at the EO (exec. order) for a council of TEN governors......

Maybe the "Guardians" really are a genuine grass roots organization, but they are being used in a 'setup' by the NWO/C.I.A. Obamites to instigate/justify the need for Interpol (am I simply paranoid for no reason, how else would Obama justify to Interpol the need for them?).
