Well, I don't think it is as simple as that.

One thing for certain is that if Sherry Peel Jackson is out of prison within the next couple months then it most certainly says that this is on the level.

My feeling is that there is, and will be, much confusion surrounding this. Most of these agencies are already split into smaller factions. Behind the scenes there will be sort of small civil wars/battles that will be waged amongst those that work for the various agencies, military branches and law enforcement agencies until it is sorted out which master one is suppose to serve.
