1st time on day 6 pain in lower left back

i'm on day 6 of mc, its been going pretty good until i was almost done my 3rd day. then the pain started in my lower back, the pain was pretty much all the way across to the other side. anyway, i managed to sleep that night but the next day the pain was incredibly stronger!! the only relief i got was to sit in a hot bath, i did'nt want to take medication for it even though the pain was scarying me!! it hurts to sit or lay down, the pain subsides quite a bit when standing also. i have been drinking a ton of water, that helps but i can still feel the ache deep down and it is pretty much just on my left side now. i have been reading alot on this forum but have not found any recent posts that is why i'm posting. just wondering if there is anything more i can do to get rid of this??

i'm also not doing well with the swf, i'm only having the fluid come out, in the book it says if this happens to stop doing it until it stops. help with these things greatly appreciated, my first time doing this, i tried years ago but did'nt last a few hours!! my husband started with me but he had the same pain in his back and could not take it any longer. he quit last night.
