You must be healthy with the double whammy of kefir and sauerkraut! Or just reeling in fermentation!
I wasn't crazy about sauerkraut (plus it didn't work for me) I guess it's something you have to have to be bought up on whereas there is something very delicious and addictive about creamy kefir especially when cold from the fridge.
The best thing I found was making Irish soda bread and sour dough pain de campagne with kefir whey. So good... In retrospect perhaps I shouldn't have eaten those things!
