The SWF and the P&Bs are not related in any way shape, form or function and the P&Bs are DEFINITELY NOT something you do in lieu of the SWF. The complete opposite is true. If you do the BPs then you definitely want to do the SWF for sure every mornimg to help expel all that fiber and clay.
The bigest reason why people get plugged up with the BPs is that in the instructions for the "Ultimate Cleanse" they don't mention the very crucial need to drink lots and lots of water and stupidest thing of all is they recommend mixing the BPs in the lemonade which makes no sense whatsoever.
